Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Impact Digitizing! We specialize in offering top-tier embroidery digitizing and vector art file services, and these Terms of Service (TOS) are here to guide our engagement. By choosing to use Impact Digitizing, you are agreeing to abide by the terms outlined herein. Should you disagree with any part of these terms, we advise against using our services.

Compatibility Assurance

We have equipped Impact Digitizing with state-of-the-art machinery and the capability to work with various file formats. To ensure seamless production and avoid any hiccups, we strongly recommend running a sample of the file before proceeding with the final production phase. Ultimately, the responsibility falls on you, the customer, to conduct this sample run and ensure the file meets your quality standards.

Please be aware that Impact Digitizing cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred due to design products that were not edited or quality-checked before entering production.

Sampling Requests

Before finalizing your project, our dedicated team meticulously reviews sew-out designs multiple times. This thorough process helps us ensure the highest quality scan output, which we then provide to you, our valued client.

Credits and Refunds

Once you complete your purchase, you can instantly access and download your digitized files. It’s important to note that we do not offer trial versions, and all sales are considered final.

Our design process revolves around your unique specifications. If, however, there are genuine faults in our digitized file which can substantially impact embroidery and we fail to fix it in edits, the Impact Digitizing may refund your money. Nevertheless, we do provide a 30-day window during which you can request free editing for stitching adjustments if needed.

In the unlikely event that Impact Digitizing fails to deliver a product meeting our high-quality standards, you have the option to request a refund. Change of mind not applicable.

Digitized Files Ownership

At Impact Digitizing, our primary focus is on delivering digitized and vector files tailored specifically to our customers’ needs. When you download these files, you gain full ownership and have the freedom to use or even sell them as you see fit.

Impact Digitizing’s core mission is to convert logos and designs into embroidery digitized files, and we charge a fee for our expertise. However, it’s crucial to understand that once the digitized file is in your hands, it ceases to be the property of Impact Digitizing. Rest assured, we will never use or sell any copyrighted files without obtaining explicit permission from our customers.

Suspension of Accounts

While we aim to maintain a positive and productive relationship with our clients, Impact Digitizing reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account under certain circumstances. These include instances of misbehavior or abusive conduct toward our staff or other customers. Additionally, we may take action in response to negative reviews or false statements aimed at Impact Digitizing, especially if they are intended to dissuade potential customers from working with us.

Minor Edits and Adjustments

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and that includes minor edits and adjustments. We offer these services free of charge for a limited period of 30 days following your order. Beyond this initial period, any major edits or adjustments may incur charges based on our evaluation.

Delivery of the Product

To enhance your convenience, Impact Digitizing offers a user-friendly client portal where you can efficiently download your digitized and vector files. Additionally, you can manage edits and invoices through this platform, ensuring a smooth and streamlined experience.

Payment Deadlines

We kindly request that our customers adhere to payment deadlines specified in invoices. Failure to do so for a period of seven days may result in restrictions on placing new orders. To resolve any account-related issues, please reach out to our accounts department via our email help desk.

Service Turnaround Time

At Impact Digitizing, we stand by our promise of a 24-hour turnaround time. However, please understand that we cannot be held accountable for unforeseen technical issues that may occasionally arise. To express our commitment to your urgent needs, we may provide a discount for orders requiring expedited service.

Change in Product Price

Please note that Impact Digitizing retains the right to modify product prices, both with and without prior notice. We may also expand our product offerings without formal notice to our clients.

Copyright Claims

We hold copyright protection in high regard and encourage anyone with legitimate concerns to notify us. If you wish to file a copyright notification with Impact Digitizing, please send us a written document that includes the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of an authorized representative acting on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you believe to be infringed upon.
  • Contact information, including an address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement asserting that the material’s use is unauthorized by the copyright owner.
  • A declaration, under penalty of perjury, affirming your authorization to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
